The pool was nice, kinda small for a bigger motel but it was nice. Service desk gentleman was always nice and spoke when we walked by.

After a long day of sightseeing, it was nice the pool and hot tub were open later than most hotels. Easy to get to the room and love having a balcony. Location was off beaten path and nice variety of businesses nearby. Community center with bowling alley and pools just across the street. And kroger on the opposite corner for anything you may have forgotten! Staff was very friendly!

Both rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. I was there with my 3 sisters and we loved the location and the balcony had a great view. We were on the top floor and it was very quite despite all the people who were there. Didn't get a chance to use the pools or game room. We were there for the Fall Jubilee in Gatlinburg. We will use Park Grove again next year when we come back to the Jubilee

We enjoyed how late the pool and game oom stayed open. The hotel itself was really nice and big and in a great location. The staff were really nice and helpful. Each flood had from what we could tell had nice vending machines that were affordable. The.check in/out process was quick and simple.

One of the biggest things I loved at this hotel was the view of the Ferris wheel at the island from our balcony! It was also close to everything which was very nice. We just the suite which was nice so the kids had their own room which they loved as well. Room was very spacious and clean. We also loved that the pool area was open until 2am which was nice to relax in the hot tub after a long day.

The property was conveniently located just off the main strip. Quiet at night and plenty of parking. Our room was clean and well stocked for our family with toiletries. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub and the little game room. Staff were friendly. We didn’t try the continental breakfast, but they appeared to have a good selection and the room was packed both days we were there. The lobby was beautifully decorated for fall. We also loved the balcony with seating. The room was huge and tons of room for our family.

Staff was friendly and helpful. It was nice to have a breakfast on the premises.It was nice to be so close to a lot of the places we planned to visit also. Our room had a kitchen which was nice with a microwave to heat up leftovers from places we ate at.

King Suite was very nice, roomy and clean. Bed was comfortable. The fireplace was nice but the timer got stuck. Didn’t use it the rest of our stay. Staff was very friendly. No issues checking in. Great location for us. Would stay here again.
